Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an Inpatient RN CAP 2 to provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients in a dialysis setting.

This role includes assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation, with potential delegation to RNs, LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians. The position emphasizes teamwork, leadership, and ongoing quality improvement within the facility.

Qualifications

• Current appropriate state licensure.
• CPR BLS Certification.
• Must meet the practice requirements in all states employed.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Coordinate care and delegate tasks to RNs, LVN/LPNs, and Patient Care Technicians.
• Lead, mentor and support new and incumbent staff; participate in quality improvement activities.
