Job summary

Qualifications

• Current CCC-SLP certification per ASHA.
• Active KDADS Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive cognitive/communication evaluations.
• Assess swallowing function and safety.
• Develop and implement goal-directed treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and document outcomes in chart/EMR.
• Educate patient and family; provide home program guidance.
