Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluations of cognitive and communication skills.
• Deliver goal‑oriented treatment for maximum communication and/or swallowing potential.
• Review physician referrals and patient records to plan treatment.
• Document treatment progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patient, family and staff on techniques and objectives.
