Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation of cognitive and/or communication skills and swallowing function.
• Develop goal-oriented treatment plans.
• Review physician referrals and patient records to determine treatment.
• Plan and adjust treatments based on progress.
• Coordinate with healthcare team for interventions.
• Document responses and progress in patient records.
• Educate patient and family in home programs.
• Supervise CFY candidates and support student education.
• Contribute to department education and training.
