Job summary

Spring View Nursing and Rehabilitation seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide patient-focused services within an in-house therapy program. You will screen, evaluate, and develop initial and ongoing treatment plans, discharge planning, and case management in line with ASHA guidelines and state regulations.

• Ability to perform duties in a healthcare environment with moderate noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services including screening, evaluation, and treatment.
• Comply with state and federal guidelines related to documentation and billing.
• Provide updates to the Director of Rehabilitation.
• Maintain patient-centered interactions with patients and staff.
• Supervise assistants and rehab techs where applicable.
