Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license in Speech-Language Pathology issued by NC Board of Examiners for SLPs and Audiologists.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA).
• BLS for Healthcare Providers, CPR and AED.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients with communicative, cognitive-linguistic, feeding, or swallowing disorders.
• Document findings and treatment plans in medical records promptly.
• Provide patient and caregiver education on modalities, options, and therapy carryover.
• Coordinate with medical team and external resources for continuity of care and discharge planning.
