Wellstar Health System seeks an experienced RN to join the Night shift as a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team. You will provide individualized, high-quality patient care and uphold evidence-based practice, patient safety, and collaborative care in a dynamic clinical environment.

The role requires an RN license, minimum 5 years of direct patient care, and strong English communication. You will work under nurse managers within a shared governance framework to support service excellence.

Competenze

• Associates Nursing or Diploma Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
• RN - Registered Nurse license (single state) or RN-Compact (multi-state)
• BLS - Basic Life Support (or equivalent)

Mansioni

• Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation and evaluation) using evidence-based practice.
• Provide relationship-based patient-centered care respecting diverse populations.
• Partner with the patient and family through reporting, rounds, and teaching to keep goals at the center of care.
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe, high-quality patient care with interdisciplinary teams.

Formazione

Nursing degree (AS/ Diploma/ BSN)
