Job summary

Wellstar Health System, Inc. is seeking a Night shift RN Clinical Nurse to join an interdisciplinary care team. You will deliver individualized, high-quality patient care and support the organization’s governance and evidence-based practice models.

You will work with licensed and unlicensed staff, uphold professional nursing standards, and participate in care coordination to optimize patient outcomes across shifts.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in nursing or graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Reg Nurse (Single State) required at hire.
• RN - Multi-state Compact required at hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• BLS - Instructor required.
• BLS - Provisional required.
• Less than 1 year direct patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively performs nursing processes with evidence-based practice to provide individualized patient care.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Partners with patient and family to align goals with care plans.
