Wellstar Health System, Inc. is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse to join an interdisciplinary team delivering high-quality patient care in a night-shift setting across Georgia. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, patient-centered care, and collaboration with care teams.

The position requires active RN licensure, BLS and strong commitment to Wellstar values, shared governance, and continuous improvement in safety and outcomes.

Competenze

• Associates degree in nursing required; bachelor’s preferred.
• RN licensure (single state or multi-state) required at hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required; BLS instructor/provisional also listed.

• Perform nursing process with assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Provide patient-centered care tailored to age, gender and disease.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and maintain accurate documentation.
