Mille Lacs Health System is seeking a registered nurse to provide high-quality patient care across multiple units including Pediatrics, Medical, Surgical, Emergency and more. The RN will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, intervene and evaluate care, while maintaining patient privacy and accurate computerized documentation.

The role requires supervision of LPNs and Nursing Assistants, strong teamwork, and commitment to policy adherence.

Qualifikationen

• Uses nursing process to assess, plan, intervene and evaluate patient care.
• Demonstrates interviewing and assessment skills to obtain patient data.
• Maintains confidentiality and accuracy in computerized documentation.
• Mentors newcomers and supports team discussions.
• Coordinates care with LPNs, Nursing Assistants and Health Unit Coordinators.

Aufgaben

• Provide quality care across Pediatrics, Medical, Surgical, Emergency, Senior Care, Nursery, Chemotherapy and Ambulance Transport as needed.
• Maintain required certifications within scope of practice.
• Supervise non‑licensed staff as needed.
• Utilize nursing process to plan and implement patient care reflecting current needs.
• Ensure 100% adherence to policies and proper documentation of patient information.
• Support patient advocacy and liaise with resources/agencies.
