Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check as required by Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care across Pediatrics, Medical, Surgical, Emergency, Senior Care, Nursery, Chemotherapy and Ambulance Transport as needed.
• Maintain certifications in all areas within scope of practice.
• Supervise LPNs, Nursing Assistants and Health Unit Coordinators as needed.
• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and maintain computerized documentation.
• Uphold patient privacy, show courtesy, and support confidentiality per hospital policy.
