Qualifications
- Three (3) years’ experience as Registered Nurse in an acute care facility.
- Experience as Charge RN preferred.
- California RN license required.
Responsibilities
- Appropriately directs and supports health care team members in achieving hospital goals.
- Visits all units routinely to evaluate patient/caregiver needs and assesses department activity and effectiveness.
- Analyzes data collected, weighs alternatives, and acts appropriately.
- Arranges placement of patients being admitted or transferred in accordance with unit protocol and staffing patterns.
- Reviews all admissions for appropriateness according to specific criteria.
