Job summary

Southwest Healthcare System is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead and support clinical teams across two hospitals in Inland Valley and Rancho Springs. The role emphasizes coordinating patient placement, evaluating unit activity, and ensuring adherence to care protocols.

Qualified candidates will have CA RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH Stroke certification, and a BSN is preferred. Experience as a Charge RN is a plus. UHS-wide opportunities and comprehensive benefits are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years’ experience as Registered Nurse in an acute care facility.
• Experience as Charge RN preferred.
• Completion of an accredited Registered Nurse program.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supports health care team members in achieving hospital goals.
• Visits all units routinely to evaluate patient/caregiver needs and assesses department activity and effectiveness.
• Analyzes data collected, weighs alternatives, and acts appropriately.
• Arranges placement of patients being admitted or transferred in accordance with unit protocol and staffing patterns.
