American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an RN House Supervisor for day shifts in a California hospital. The role requires CA RN licensure and at least 1 year of supervisory experience, with Epic EMR familiarity.

The ideal candidate will oversee patient flow, admissions and discharges while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care. A generous benefits package and housing support are offered.

Competenze

Active CA RN license required and must be in hand at time of consideration.
Current BLS and PALS certifications required.
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a nursing environment.
Two references covering 1 year of supervisory experience within the last 3 years.
Must disclose prior work history at Providence facilities where applicable.

Mansioni

Inpatient acute care hospital setting in the House Supervisor role.
Oversee admissions, discharges, transfers and post-surgical care across units.
Manage emergencies, code management, crisis intervention and rapid response oversight.
Supervise nursing care delivery and maintain regulatory compliance (DPH, TJC, OSHA).
Possible travel between sister facilities within the state; 3x12-hour day shifts starting at 5:30 AM.
