Vivo Healthcare in Florida is seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Manager to lead the clinical operations of our subacute facility. You will oversee staffing, training, and ensuring high-quality patient care across PT, OT, and SLP services.

Candidates must be Florida-licensed PT, OT, or SLP with leadership experience and strong knowledge of CMS guidelines and Medicare processes. The role requires supervision of multiple teams and collaboration with interdisciplinary colleagues.

Qualificações

• Florida licensed PT, OT or SLP with at least 2 years in a leadership/management role.
• At least 2 years clinical experience; subacute experience preferred.
• Experience supervising a group of teams.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with hiring, orienting, and training rehab staff to meet clinical needs.
• Ensure staff meet expectations; conduct periodic appraisals.
• Ensure program financial and clinical operations are efficient for success.
• Ensure rehab staff provide clinically appropriate care meeting standards.
• Schedule and staffing management for treatment hours and community needs.
• Keep documents up to date per policies, state and federal regulations.
• Perform patient care duties including evaluations and treatments.
• Coordinate with Interdisciplinary Team and facility staff to address patient needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Preferred experience and understanding of CMS guidelines/regulations, Patient Driven Payment Model and Medicare Advantage Plans.

Responsibilities

• Assists with hiring, orienting, and training all rehab staff and ensures enough staff to meet the clinical needs of the community.


• Ensures each employee meets or exceeds all expectations set forth and periodic appraisals are completed in a timely manner.


• Ensures program financial and clinical operations are efficient and effective to allow for program success.


• Ensures rehab staff are providing clinically appropriate care for all residents and ensures treatment meets clinical standard of practice.


• Supervises scheduling and staffing which will include managing available treatment hours and anticipated community needs.


• Ensure all documents and forms are kept up to date in accordance with company policies, state, and federal regulations.


• Perform patient care duties, such as evaluations and treatments, to ensure all patient needs are met.


• Communication with Interdisciplinary Team, Administrator, and facility staff as appropriate to ensure patient and therapy needs are addressed.


• Performs other duties as assigned.
