The supervisor will oversee daily rehabilitation operations across physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology, ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy with current licensure and certification required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and current licensure required.
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required; Doctorate preferred; relevant experience can substitute for education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily rehabilitation services operations including PT/OT/SLP to ensure efficient workflow and patient care.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, and productivity to meet service demands.
• Assist in budget management and resource allocation to control costs.
• Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to rehabilitation staff.
• Ensure adherence to clinical standards and evidence-based care; participate in direct patient care as needed.
