St. Joseph Health in Bryan, TX seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care across the patient care continuum. You'll perform assessments, plan and implement care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery.

You must have an Associate of Nursing, TX RN license, and CPR/BLS certification. One year of RN experience is preferred; a Bachelor’s in Nursing is a plus.

Formación

• RN licensure in Texas (required)
• At least 1 year of RN experience (required)
• CPR/BLS certification (required)
• Bachelor of Nursing preferred (by hire)

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient conditions and provide nursing care across the care continuum.
• Develop, implement and document the plan of care with patient/family involvement.
• Perform procedures, monitor patient status and respond to changes.
• Communicate and hand off patient information during shifts.
• Uphold patient safety and infection control protocols.
• Manage supplies and documentation relevant to patient care.
