Qualifikationen

• Performs ongoing assessment, formulates diagnoses and goals, plans interventions, evaluates outcomes.
• Documents in patient records per health system standards for legal and quality care.
• Provides teaching to patients and families on pain management, nutrition, skin integrity, fall prevention, diabetes, discharge instructions.
• Supports patient safety, confidentiality, and ethical decision-making.
• Participates in research activities and collaborates with Outcomes managers.
