Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of RN experience at hire.

• BLS/CPR certification within 14 days.

Responsibilities

• Assessment of patient condition and ongoing monitoring.
• Design, direct, and document the plan of care and daily goals.
• Implement treatments, collaborate with the care team, ensure patient safety.
• Gives and receives shift reports to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain safe environment and promptly address hazards and supply needs.
