Job summary

Responsibilities

Implementation: Prepare patients for treatments, report changes, and follow safety protocols.
Report Skills: Provide comprehensive shift reports for continuity of care.
Environment & Patient Safety: Maintain safe patient care environment and address safety concerns.
Supplies: Document charges and supplies used for patient care.
