Morrison Healthcare, part of Compass Group USA, seeks a Patient Services Manager to lead the Patient Services Team in an Acute Care setting in City, State. The role focuses on delivering patient-centered food service aligned with medical directions and patient needs.

You will hire, coach, and develop staff, ensure dietary restrictions are met within diet orders, and drive patient satisfaction while complying with HIPAA and regulatory standards. Hospital food-service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 1 year in food services or related field
• Certified Dietary Manager / RD or RDT preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience in food service management in acute care setting

Responsibilities

• Establish goals and oversee patient food service implementation
• Hire, direct, coach, train and develop patient service staff
• Comply with dietary restrictions within diet orders and guidelines
• Assist in achieving patient satisfaction goals
• Adhere to federal/state regulations and HIPAA, protect patient rights
• Lead patient satisfaction and quality improvement programs
