Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks a Patient Services Manager in Saint Louis, MO to lead the patient services team in an acute care setting. The role provides a base salary of $65,000–$75,000 with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating weekends/holidays.

The manager will hire and coach staff, ensure dietary restrictions compliance, and drive patient satisfaction while adhering to regulatory standards and HIPAA requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree plus 1 year food services experience, or a bachelor’s in food service management.
• CDM/RDN/RD certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year food service management in acute care.
• ServSafe certification desirable.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, EMR, and diet-office systems.

Responsibilities

• Sets goals and oversees patient food service delivery per medical direction.
• Hires, coaches, trains and develops patient service staff.
• Ensures dietary restrictions meet patient needs within diet orders.
• Helps achieve patient satisfaction goals.
• Complies with federal/state/accrediting rules and HIPAA.
• Participates in quality improvement and meetings.
