Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking a Patient Food Services Manager to lead the Patient Services Team in an acute care setting in Stuart, Florida.

You will coordinate medical-directed menus, hire and develop staff, ensure dietary restrictions are followed, drive patient satisfaction through HIPAA compliance and quality programs, and collaborate with clinical teams to deliver safe, nutritious meals.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 1 year in food services or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in food service management or related field preferred.
• Certified Dietary Manager, Registered Diet Technician, or Registered Dietitian preferred.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, EMR, and diet office systems.

Responsibilities

• Sets goals and leads patient food service delivery per medical direction.
• Hires, coaches, and develops patient service team members.
• Ensures dietary restrictions meet diet-order guidelines.
• Works to achieve patient satisfaction goals.
• Ensures regulatory compliance, HIPAA, and patient rights.
• Leads QA/QI and department meetings.
