You will evaluate functional limitations, design and implement treatment plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to restore patient function and improve care processes.

The role requires an OTA credential, state licensure, CPR certification, and clinical internship experience.

Qualifications

• Associates degree from an OTA program.
• 1 year of OTA experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Acute Care required.
• Clinical internships completed as required.
• Current state licensure as an OTA.

Responsibilities

• Uses objective evaluation techniques to assess patients' occupational limitations and medical condition.
• Prescribes and implements a treatment program designed to return patients to max function.
• Collaborates with the multidisciplinary health care team to maximize patient and team outcomes.
• Promotes improvements in service, department and hospital systems for patient care.
