Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of the Team Coordinator/Clinical Specialist and Rehab Therapy Services Inpatient Manager.
• Assess patient conditions using objective evaluation techniques.
• Prescribe and implement treatment plans to restore maximum function.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary health care team to improve patient outcomes.
• Promote improvements in service and hospital systems to benefit patient care.
• Align daily practice with organizational goals and objectives.
