Qualifications

• Associates Degree from OTA program.
• 1 year of OTA experience preferred.
• Current State licensure as an Occupational Therapist required.
• AHA Healthcare Provider CPR required.
• Knowledge of Acute Care required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' occupational limitations and medical condition using objective evaluation techniques.
• Prescribe and implement a treatment program to return patients to maximum function.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary health care team to maximize patient and team outcomes.
• Promote improvements in service, department and hospital systems to benefit patient care.
• Incorporate and operationalize the goals and objectives of the organization.
