Job summary

Temple Health is seeking a Nursing Manager to coordinate nursing services across the organization, ensuring staffing efficiency and high-quality patient care. You will manage nursing staff resources, facilitate bed assignments, and collaborate with department managers to support timely patient movement.

You will assist Directors of Nursing and Nursing Managers with staff development, HR management, and quality care initiatives, while performing both clinical and administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates nursing services across the organization to ensure appropriate staffing and efficient patient care.
• Manages nursing staff resources and facilitates hospital bed assignments to support timely patient movement.
