Job summary

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, an RN license, ACLS/BLS as specified, and at least 5 years of acute care RN experience with leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Combination of education and experience may be considered.
• 5 years RN experience in an acute care setting required.
• General management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the delivery of nursing services across the organization.
• Ensures adequate nursing staff through management of nursing staff resources.
• Facilitates and coordinates bed assignments within the hospital.
• Directs and collaborates with department managers to expedite patient movement.
• Assists the Directors of Nursing and Nurse Managers in staff development, HR, and promoting quality care.
• Responsible for clinical and/or non-clinical administrative duties.
