Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent required.
• 5 years experience as a RN in an Acute Care setting required.
• General experience in clinical management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the delivery of nursing services to patients across the organization.
• Ensures adequate nursing staff through the management of nursing staff resources.
• Facilitates and coordinates bed assignments within the hospital and collaborates with department managers to expedite patient movement.
• Assists the Directors of Nursing and Nurse Managers in continuous staff development and in promoting quality care.
• Responsible for clinical and/or non-clinical administrative duties.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Graduate of accredited school of nursing
