Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing required.
• Master's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare related field preferred.
• Combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversees nursing care on the unit and maintains standards of service excellence and nursing practice.
• Develops evidence-based policies, procedures, and work processes to ensure quality patient care.
• Manages staffing, budget, cost control, and staff education.
• Supervises, evaluates, guides, and counsels nursing staff in performance.
• Works in a leadership team model to provide guidance and leadership to staff.
