Job summary

Logan Health in Kalispell, MT seeks a Trauma Program Manager, RN to lead the Northwest Montana trauma program. You will partner with the Trauma Medical Director and a multidisciplinary team to strengthen care, drive performance improvement and elevate education across the organization.

The role welcomes experienced trauma professionals with backgrounds such as Trauma Program Coordinator, Trauma Nurse Educator, or ED leadership and emphasizes leadership and data-driven improvement.

Qualifications

• Must hold Montana RN license or eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of three years trauma nursing experience.
• Ability to analyze clinical data and identify opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advance the trauma program in Northwest Montana with the Trauma Medical Director and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strengthen trauma care, improve outcomes, and drive performance improvement across the organization.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, EMS and other teams to coordinate care and education.
• Develop and implement trauma protocols, policies and processes.
