Net at Work in the United States seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead the Acumatica sales team across the U.S. and Canada.

This high-impact role focuses on building, coaching, and developing a high-performing group that grows new business, expands market share, and delivers exceptional customer outcomes without direct ownership of individual deals. You will partner with Marketing, Solution Engineering, and Channel Managers to drive forecasts, enablement, and disciplined pipeline

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of sales leadership in a B2B technology or ERP environment.
• 7+ years of technology or ERP sales experience, preferably with Acumatica.
• Proven ability to coach teams, grow pipelines, and deliver predictable results.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team across the U.S. and Canada.
• Drive pipeline growth, territory planning, partner engagement, and opportunity management.
• Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene, CRM discipline, and forecasting processes.
