Job summary
Adastra is seeking an Acumatica Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of manufacturing software implementations across North America. This client-facing role requires hands-on knowledge of plant operations and the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective ERP solutions.
You will own the implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering and solution design through validation, training, UAT, go-live and handover, working with delivery teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years designing and implementing software in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, functional specs, and design.
- Full lifecycle delivery including design, validation, training, UAT, and go-live onsite.
- Comfort on the manufacturing floor with plant leadership and end users.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, process walkthroughs, and solution design with manufacturing clients.
- Develop detailed Business Requirements Specifications for configuration teams.
- Translate manufacturing needs into effective system solutions.
- Lead validation, client demos, super user training, UAT, go-live, and handover.
- Collaborate with delivery and configuration teams while maintaining design standards.
