Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice with compact licenses transferable within 60 days.
• BSN within four years of hire/promotion date or existing education agreement.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Unit-specific certification (ACLS, PALS, etc.) as required.
• Mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates interdisciplinary team to plan and deliver care per plan of care.
• Assesses physical, social, cognitive, and developmental needs and educates accordingly.
• Delivers and delegates care while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitors staffing and resources to meet patient needs and unit budgeting.
• Participates in continuous quality improvement and professional development.
