Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and clinical expertise on shift and department.
• Coordinate unit resources to ensure appropriate staffing and patient care.
• Direct interdisciplinary care team and delegate care per plan and licensure.
• Monitor outcomes, adjust plans, and ensure documentation and compliance.
• Mentor staff and reinforce professional standards and accountability.
