Job summary

WTW is seeking a Retirement Intern to join its retirement consulting team in Arlington, VA. You will work with senior consultants on real client assignments, analyze data, and present findings that shape client retirement strategies.

You will gain exposure to services offered by Willis Towers Watson and progress toward becoming a thought leader in retirement consulting. This internship is designed for graduates between December 2027 and August 2028.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s degree with quantitative coursework and GPA ≥3.0.
• Actuarial exams completed is highly preferred.
• Strong technical and client service skills.
