Job summary

Willis Towers Watson (WTW) is seeking a Retirement Intern to join our Retirement consulting team and gain exposure to real client assignments. You will analyze data, draw conclusions and present results while learning about the services WTW offers to clients in retirement planning and management.

You will work alongside top consultants, with immediate responsibilities and opportunities to develop technical knowledge, communication skills and industry expertise in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's or Master's in actuarial science, math, statistics, finance or related quantitative field with GPA >= 3.0.
• Successful completion of one or more actuarial exams is highly preferred.
• Experience showing technical and/or client service skills.
• Strong problem solving and client-oriented mindset.
• Self-starter who can work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Available to graduate between Dec 2027 and Aug 2028.
