Job summary

WTW is offering an actuarial delivery internship in Dallas, with fully remote or hybrid options. You will contribute to retirement valuation projects, data analysis, and pension calculations while participating in a robust intern training program. Actuarial credentials are not required for this internship, and the role targets graduates between December 2027 and August 2028.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance or equivalent with GPA ≥ 3.0.
• Successful completion of one or more actuarial exams preferred.
• Strong technical and/or client-service skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently and in a team.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Graduation between December 2027 and August 2028.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training sessions and engage actively in the internship.
• Perform actuarial valuations and prepare valuation reports.
• Analyze pension plan participant data and reconcile data.
• Calculate pension benefits using spreadsheets or plan systems.
• Prepare government reporting forms and annual statements.
• Support ad-hoc projects and collaborations across teams.
• Ensure projects are completed on time with high quality.
