Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Retirement Intern to join our Retirement consulting team in Los Angeles. You will work alongside top consultants on real client assignments, applying your quantitative skills to analyze data, draw conclusions and present results.

This internship provides exposure to the full spectrum of retirement services, including defined benefit and defined contribution plans, with opportunities to learn about service offerings and how they complement the retirement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in actuarial science or quantitative field with GPA ≥3.0
• Actuarial exams completed or in progress preferred
• Experience showing technical or client-service skills
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
• Graduation window Dec 2027–Aug 2028 with US work eligibility (no sponsorship)

Responsibilities
