Job summary

WTW in the United States seeks a Manager-level actuary to guide high-impact client engagements across financial modeling, pricing, ALM, regulatory issues, and product development. You will lead workstreams, mentor junior staff, and strengthen client relationships.

The role requires at least four years of actuarial experience in life or annuity contexts, strong Excel/VBA and modeling tool skills, and excellent communication. This is a hybrid role with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of actuarial experience in life/annuity sectors.
• Familiarity with regulatory capital regimes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strong collaboration across disciplines and willingness to share knowledge.
• Proficient in Excel with VBA and at least one modeling tool.
• Experience in life insurance/annuity product lines.
• Experience in predictive analytics, financial modeling, or risk management.
