Job summary

WTW is seeking a Director to drive account development, lead client delivery teams, and oversee complex actuarial engagements in life and annuity products. You will work across modeling, regulatory issues, pricing, and product development to deliver strategic client solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in an actuarial role in life insurance or related field.
• Deep expertise in ALM, financial risk management, life/annuity product design, and financial modeling.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for clients, peers and juniors.
• Ability to translate complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborates across disciplines and shares knowledge to improve solutions.
• Proven leadership in directing teams with varied experience levels.
• Proficient in Excel with VBA and at least one of SQL, Python or R.
• Expertise in actuarial software and life/annuity product lines is a plus.
• Experience in predictive analytics/data science, financial reporting, M&A, pricing and risk management.
