Job summary

WTW is seeking a Manager for its US life insurance consulting team to support account development and lead client delivery teams. The role spans financial modeling, reporting, M&A, regulatory issues, pricing, and product development, with opportunities for upward mobility and exposure to life insurance operations.

You will mentor junior staff, oversee project work, communicate with clients, and contribute to intellectual capital through research and industry events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years actuarial experience in life insurance.
• Familiar with regulatory capital regimes.
• Excellent oral and written communication to clients, peers and juniors.
• Translate complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading project teams and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior sellers to identify new business opportunities.
• Lead large or small projects to meet engagement and budget objectives.
• Strengthen industry relationships through high-quality work and regulatory updates.
• Oversee and mentor junior team members to ensure quality.
