WTW is seeking a Manager in the United States to lead actuarial engagements across life and annuity product lines, including modeling, reporting, M&A, regulatory matters, and product development. The role emphasizes mentoring, technical reviews, and cross-functional collaboration with clients and internal teams.

You will manage workstreams, contribute to business development, and support revenue growth while maintaining WTW Excellence standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in an actuarial role at a life insurance company, consulting firm, or financial services organization
• Familiarity with regulatory capital regimes
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to convey findings clearly
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across disciplines and share knowledge
• Self-motivated, proactive learner with drive for new developments
• Willingness to mentor junior colleagues and manage multiple projects
• ASA preferred
