Job summary

AXA XL is offering an actuarial internship program in Exton, PA, designed to build real-world pricing and analytics skills. You’ll collaborate with credentialed actuaries across P&A, work on real-time projects, and develop under mentorship while strengthening Excel, programming, and data visualization abilities.

You should be pursuing a degree with at least two years completed, a 3.0+ GPA, and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

Two years toward a university degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related STEM with a 3.0+ GPA.
Strong analytical, mathematical, and research abilities.
Willing to work hybrid at one of the listed office locations.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with credentialed actuaries across P&A to build technical expertise.
Work on real-time projects such as model parameter impact testing and developing underwriting tools.
Build dashboards and strengthen Excel, programming, and data visualization skills.
Learn actuarial pricing techniques and present analyses to develop professional communication.
