Job summary

MassMutual seeks an Actuarial Director of Consolidated Reporting & Regulatory Oversight to lead enterprise-wide valuation reporting, including quarter-end and year-end processes. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, data science or closely related field.
• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA).
• 7+ years’ actuarial experience in valuation and reporting.
• 5+ years’ experience working with valuation systems.
• 3+ years’ exposure to valuation regulations and financial statements under US Statutory and GAAP reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the consolidated reporting across enterprise including quarterly and year-end valuation reporting.
• Translate complex valuation results into clear, decision-useful insights for senior leaders.
• Own the annual asset adequacy testing and cash flow testing cycle.
• Establish governance, controls, and change-management standards for actuarial reporting.
• Coordinate enterprise-wide monitoring framework for actuarial regulations and professional guidance.
