Job summary

MassMutual is seeking a Director of Life Products Financial Reporting to lead the actuarial valuation and financial reporting for its life product line. The role reports to the Head of Life Products Valuation & Projections and oversees a team of actuarial and quantitative professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) required.
• 5 years actuarial valuation & reporting experience in life products.
• 3 years exposure to US Statutory and GAAP reporting regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead team responsible for actuarial valuation and financial reporting of life products.
• Ensure timely, accurate valuation results and clear business insights.
• Partner with stakeholders across Corp Finance, ERM, Tax, Audit, and Investments.
• Drive continuous improvement of valuation processes and data governance.
• Develop team vision, manage performance, and build talent within Valuation.
