Job summary

CVS Health is looking for an Analyst to join the NA/PEX Actuarial team to support pricing, forecasting, and financial management of our fully insured business. You will work with actuarial, underwriting, finance and partners to evaluate trends, develop pricing assumptions, and enhance analytical tools.

You will gain hands-on pricing model experience, engage in large‑scale data analysis, and contribute to strategic decision making that drives business performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or related quantitative field preferred.
• 0–1 years of related experience.
• Pursuing ASA with 1–2 exams passed.
• Experience working with large and detailed data sets.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing factors and assumptions for NA/PEX pricing.
• Maintain pricing tools and assist with enhancements.
• Conduct ad hoc pricing studies for business partners.
• Monitor emerging results and trends.
• Collaborate with Underwriting on plan sponsor pricing for new and renewal business.
• Collaborate with other departments to support pricing assumptions.
