Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Analyst to join the NA/PEX Actuarial team to support pricing, forecasting, and financial management of our fully insured business.

This role provides hands-on experience with pricing models, large-scale data analysis, and collaboration with underwriting, finance, and other partners to evaluate emerging trends and develop pricing assumptions that drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or related field.
• 1-2 Actuarial exams completed or in progress.
• Experience with large and detailed data sets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop underlying pricing factors and assumptions for NA/PEX pricing.
• Maintain and enhance pricing tools used by the team.
• Conduct ad hoc pricing studies upon request from business partners.
• Monitor emerging results to inform pricing decisions.
• Collaborate with Underwriting on plan sponsor pricing for new and renewal business.
• Coordinate with other departments to support pricing assumptions.
