Job summary

CVS Health seeks an Analyst to join the NA/PEX Actuarial team to support pricing, forecasting, and financial management of our fully insured business. You will work with actuarial, underwriting and finance to evaluate trends, improve pricing assumptions, and develop strategic insights.

The role offers exposure to pricing models, large data sets, and actuarial exam progression, contributing to business performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science strongly preferred; other quantitative degrees considered.
• 0-1 years of related experience required.
• Pursuing ASA with 1-2 exams.
• Experience working with large and detailed data sets.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing factors and assumptions used in NA/PEX pricing.
• Maintain pricing tools and assist with enhancements.
• Conduct ad hoc pricing studies and requests from business partners.
• Monitor emerging results.
• Collaborate with Underwriting on plan sponsor pricing for new and renewal business.
• Collaborate with other departments to assist with pricing assumptions.
