Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Analyst to join the NA/PEX Actuarial team to support pricing, forecasting, and financial management of our fully insured business. The role offers hands-on pricing models, large-scale data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with actuarial, underwriting, and finance teams.

You will develop pricing factors, maintain tools, perform ad hoc studies, monitor results, and contribute to both new and renewal opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science or related field.
• 0-1 years of related experience.
• Pursuing ASA with 1-2 exams passed.
• Experience working with large and detailed data sets.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing factors and assumptions used in NA/PEX pricing.
• Maintain pricing tools and assist with enhancements.
• Conduct ad hoc pricing studies and requests from business partners.
• Monitor emerging results.
• Collaborate with Underwriting on plan sponsor pricing for new and renewal business.
• Collaborate with other departments to assist with pricing assumptions.
